CERAMIC PIPES AND TUBES

WIDE AREA OF APPLICATION

Ceramic tubes are made of the materials C530 (porous mullite), C610 (mullite dense), C799 (aluminum oxide), SiSiC, SSiC, zirconium oxide, BN (boron nitride) or Si3N4 (silicon nitride), either open on both sides or closed on one side, depending on the operating temperature and conditions or as insulation rods with bushings. The manufacturing or processing methods used also allow the attachment, casting on or grinding in of flanges, bores, shoulders, etc.

 

Typical areas of application are:
 

  • Temperature measurement as thermocouple protection tube and insulating rod

  • as a lambda probe

  • as bushings with thermal and / or electrical insulation

  • as supports, spacers or construction elements
